How do I return something? 
To return an item(s), write us a quick message and include the receipt that accompanied your package.
We understand you get busy, so have allowed a return-time of 3 weeks from order date.
The products MUST be unworn, unwashed, with tags intact.
A credit will be processed to your PayPal account, excluding your postage fee (unless of course the goods are faulty or not as you ordered).
Please understand – we are unable to process refunds for garments that are damaged due to care instructions not being followed.

How do I exchange something?

If you would like to exchange for a different color, the same process for a refund applies, and again we want our clients to enjoy free shipping.
